Charles Phillip “Phil” Wells
is a man of versatile virtues. He is a genius and served as legal expert in various
organizations. He grew in North Carolina from 1978 to 1982 and got BA in
Journalism from North Carolina University. He was Staff writer for “The Daily
Tar Heel” student newspaper.
Wells got graduation in Law from
Southwestern School of Law from 1989 to 1992. He did externship in California
Court of Appeals Justice and Attorney Office. He got license to practice law in
North Carolina State Bar but can also have presence in other parts of North
Carolina and US Supreme Court.
His fields of specialization are
general practice, legislative research, employment law and contracts, corporate
law and governance, defamation and entity extraction and other litigations. He
is associated with N.C. State Bar Association and Mecklenburg County Bar
Association.
Charles Phillip Wells
is socially well known throughout the region as he is involved with Mint Museum
of Crafts Designs, Board of Directors of Founders Circle, community and social
organizations and a large number of churches of the region. He is a well
recognized social personality and is fit to head an organization meant for
Peoples’ welfare.
He earned valuable legal
experience as general counsel, senior vice president, corporate secretary and
legal expert in Compass Group, USA from 1995 to 2011. Later he joined Williams
Mullen and thereafter Wells Legal Consulting as legal expert till year 2012.
Now he is associated with PPD in Wilmington and is living there with niece
Jennifer and nephews Sam and Jack.
Along with legal expertise he is
very fond of running and travelling all around Europe, North America and South
America to serve the needy people. He is very interested in France, England and
Italy in Europe and has travelled widely there. In North America he likes to
travel San Francisco, Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Tampa, The Caribbean and Mexico.
In South America his destinations are Argentina, Columbia, Venezuela. He is
likely to visit Guatemala and serve the people there from May, 2013 to June,
2013.
During the long journey of life Charles
Phillip Wells has earned lot of laurels for the services he has
rendered to people. He has been awarded a number of times. He was Co Chair of
2004 Human Rights Campaign Carolinas Dinner in Greensboro N.C. In 2008 he was
awarded as best lawyer of North Carolina. In 2008 he was co host of Minority
Corporate Council Association of Northeast Region in New York. He also received
the famous Dong King award in year 2000 to honor Charlotte, N C community
leaders for growth, visibility, advocacy in action.
His hobbies are travelling,
reading business literature, politics and any thing associated with University
of North Carolina, his Alma Mater. He is the fittest person to lead a social life
full of rendering service to people. He is the most successful man of his time
in legal arena to actively participate in various welfare activities.
